Go to https://xmpro.... and we are going to do here is look at

how to set up and configure the event

vendor agent the event printer agent has

been designed to be used mainly for

debugging purposes it allows you to view

data that it receives from another agent

for example a single server context

provider you can either view the data in

a console or using the live view for

this example in an event simulator agent

has been added to the canvas and

configured to generate temperature

readings which will help us demonstrate

how the event printer agent works now go

to the toolbox and search for event

printer you will find it under action

agents click on the agent and drag it to

the canvas default name will be assigned

to this agent to rename the agent click

on the text and start typing click

somewhere else on the canvas now connect

the output in point of the first agent

to the input endpoint of the second and

click Save double-click on your agent

this agent doesn't require you to

configure any additional settings the

only thing you need to do is to make

sure that you're using the correct

collection if not select another

collection from the drop-down and click

apply I'm going to close this page

always make sure that your data stream

is saved to demonstrate how this agent

works I am going to run this stream by

clicking on publish and then I'm going

to view the data by clicking on live

view and selecting my event printer

agent from the list clicking save just

give it a second and you'll see data

start coming through you can expand this

page to see a larger view of the data
