Go to https://xmpro.com if you... this video will be going over how to
create and configure an edit list for an
agent
i currently have our calculated field
open
and i replaced the grid with an edit
list
to add a new edit list we'll go click on
the plus on a group
scroll until you find the edit list
option
you can give it a key you can give it a
name
you can give it a help text that goes
below the edit list
you have to provide unique key similar
to a grid
you also have options to have a post
back
after an entry is updated you can choose
whether edit list is visible
rather not an entry is required and you
have options to disable
insert delete or update after an edit
list is added you're able to click on
the
plus within the control right here and
you can add
a number of settings to an edit list
right now we have check boxes
drop downs number boxes text boxes
titles and script boxes supported for an
edit list
with full functionality part of that
within our edit list
we have commands along the top we have
an option to add new entries
we have the option to select and then
once you can select you have an option
to delete
on the left side so let's first let's
add an entry
i'm going to call this hello world
and i'm going to give it a data type of
string and i'm going to give the
expression
hello world
after i'm done i'm going to apply it's
going to automatically update on the
left side here
now if we want to delete it we can press
select
click the little check box right there
and then we can delete
the edit list will function exactly the
same as a grid
you are able to add any number of
entries to your list you're able to
select delete manipulate them however
you would like
