Role Management in WorkFlow
Accessing Role Management
Click Manage > Roles on the left side menu as shown below.

This will load the Role Management interface as shown below.

Creating a New Role
Click Manage > Roles as shown above.
Click
to create a new role.
Provide the details in the previous figure as required and click the Update button to save the record.
Editing an Existing Role
Click Manage > Roles as shown above.
Click the
icon next to the record you want to edit.
Make your changes as required.
Click the Update button to save the record.
Deleting an Existing Role
To ensure the integrity and the auditability of the solution, you will not be able to delete any Role that has been used in the system. However, you will be able to delete a Role that has not been used.
Click Manage > Rolesas shown above.
Click the
next to the record you want to delete. A Message will be displayed “Are you sure that you want to Delete this Role”.
Click OK.
