Accessing Business Group Management

  1. Click Manage > Business Groups on the left side menu as shown below.

  1. This load the Business Group Management interface as shown below.

Creating a New Business Group

  1. Click Manage > Business Groups as shown above.

  2. Enter the Name in the Name field.

  3. Enter the Description in the Description field.

  4. Select the Name of the person to escalate this Business Group [Optional].

  5. Click the Update button to save the record.

  6. Click the Cancel button to cancel adding a new Business Group.

Editing an Existing Business Group

  1. Click Mange > Business Groups as shown above.

  2. Edit the information as required.

  3. Click the Update button to save the record.

Deleting an Existing Business Group

  1. Click Manage > Business Groups as shown above.

  2. Click OK.

Click the icon.

Click the icon next to the record that you would like to change.

Click the icon next to the record that you would like to delete. The following message will be displayed, “Are you sure you want to Delete this Business Group?”
